This week I'll be releasing a two track EP titled "It's OK". One song is in memory of my friend Raphael Dufresne who passed suddenly 2 years ago. I wasn't sure how to release this as I'm sure most of you listening might be wondering why this is such a different sound and feeling to my live sets.

I produced these songs in a time of loss and at a point of accepting some huge changes in myself. In this time I realised how change is terrifying, unpredictable and equally beautiful. So regardless of what changes you are going through right now, whether it's positive (I hope), negative, confusing or even if you're just completely lost, I hope this can be a reminder that "It's OK" to experience this and to be present with that, change isn't easy.
